Houses For Sale in South Africa

Buying a home in South Africa is an investment in lifestyle that is difficult to beat. South Africa has a range of areas from with an urban feel as well as agricultural and rural areas, coastal properties and mountain retreats.

Residential homes range in price and position, and generally are more expensive in the outlying suburbs. From an investment perspective they are very good due to high levels of corporate rentals. Houses are typically conventional, although some superb mansions and estates are available in certain upmarket areas.: http://www.sahometraders.co.za

I am alaways amazed that the prices in Cape Town are alway more expensive than in Gauteng. And the rents are much lower in the Cape.

I have not seen many bargains in Capt Town, but many in Gauteng.
